The CROP Walk last Sunday was a great success in spite of the weather. Fourteen people from our church joined with members of other area churches to help the hungry in the USA and around the world. If you sponsored and haven’t paid please do so soon. It’s also not too late to sponsor a Walker. Walkers, all money must be turned in by November 1.

Being a Christian is like being a pumpkin. God picks you up, takes you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up, touches you deep inside and scoops out all the yucky stuff including the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside you to shine for all the world to see.
